Sunday Church School

Our Sunday Church School program nurtures the spiritual growth of our youngest parishioners through age-appropriate lessons that bring the Orthodox faith to life. Each week, students engage in Bible stories, prayers, crafts, liturgical songs, and learn about the feasts, fasts, and sacred traditions of the Orthodox Church.

Classes begin immediately after Holy Communion, and we kindly ask that our parishioners allow Church School children to receive communion first so they can head promptly to their classrooms.

In addition to weekly classes, children have the opportunity to participate in special events throughout the year, including our beloved Christmas Pageant and the St. John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival, which encourages students to reflect on and share their faith through public speaking.

For children under the age of 4, we also offer a Moms, Pops & Tots group—a warm and welcoming environment where our youngest members can play, sing, and learn alongside a parent or caregiver. It’s a joyful way to introduce our faith through fellowship and fun.

Whether you're a longtime member or visiting our parish, we warmly invite your child to be part of a meaningful and enriching Church School experience.
